Monolingual Program
The Monolingual model consists of two classrooms of 16 students that will be receiving instruction only in English except for their Spanish rotation once a day. Subjects taught include English Language Arts (Phonics, Writing & Reading), Math, Library, Bible, Farm, Garden and STEAM (Sports, Theater, Engineering, Arts & Music)
Students will begin their day in their Home Room classroom where they will receive Phonics, Writing and Math. Then, students leave their classroom to rotate following the daily rotation schedule.

Two-Way Dual Language
The Two-Way Dual Language model consists of two balanced classrooms of 16 students where the same number of native English speakers (Spanish learners) and native Spanish speakers (English learners) are integrated for instruction so that both groups of students learn from each other while serving in the role of language model and language learner, at different times.
-Spanish and English speakers will receive Language Arts instruction in their native language.
-Math will be taught in Spanish Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and in English Thursdays and Fridays to all Dual Language students.
-Library, Bible, Engineering and Sports will be taught in English
-Farm, Garden, Music and Arts will be taught in Spanish
Students will begin their day in their Dual Language Home Room balanced classroom with 8 Spanish speakers and 8 English speakers, where they will receive Math in the language of the day. Students then switch classess to receive Phonics & Writing in their native language. Then, students join their homeroom class to rotate together following the daily rotation schedule.
